A Hapless widow and her Family crying for Justice
Widow has accused Gurdeep Singh, MD,Fastway Transmissin Ltd. For her Sexual Exploitation
When, Ludhiana Police failed to take action on her complaint, then the widow and her family members, apprehended threat to their lives and liberty, approached to Hon’ble High Court Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh.
A widow of Ludhiana accused S. Gurdeep Singh, chief of Cable T.V. for her sexual exploitation after proposing marriage to her. This women, herself, by her 65-63 years old and ill parents and on behalf of her minor daughter filed a petition through Advocate R. S. Bains and pressed their arguments  before the  Court of Justice Kuldip Singh that she (now widow) during the month of May, 2008, along with her late husband met Gurdeep Singh, MD, Fastway Transmission Ltd at Fastway office Ludhiana regarding a Cable dispute and after death of my husband, Gurdeep Singh disclosed her that  he  fell in  love with her, when he met  her first time and shown his intention for a permanent relationship. Gurdeep Singh disclosed that his wife is  suffering from lung diseases and  there is no treatment for this in India and further he said  that life span of his wife is very short, with this Gurdeep Singh induced her to be in a relationship and also on 16  December 2009, Gurdeep Singh religiously solemnized marriage with her secretly at Chandigarh in the presence of renowned Akali leader and others.
She (widow) further accused Gurdeep Singh that during this relationship period of five and half years, she undergone time to time forceful abortions five times from three local Hospitals of Ludhiana.
Finally, she took the courage and asked Gurdeep Singh either to maintain balance or let her free from this confined relationship. On hearing this, Gurdeep Singh lost his temper and used abusive language and threatened her with death. She made also party to wife and elder son of Gurdeep Singh in the petition before the Hon’ble High court for seeking appropriate action. Gurdeep Singh is also a transporter and is politically well connected.
