Bhai Pal Singh and Bhai Narain SIngh Chaura Case Updates
CHANDIGARH, Punjab (May 2, 2013)–Court has been causing further delays and hurdles in the case of Bhai Narain Singh Chaura and Bhai Pal Singh France.  Although Bhai Chaura was arrested just recently, Bhai Pal Singh has been lodged in the jail since 2010.  Police has now fabricated them both in an explosives case.
Court case was supposed to be heard earlier this week however without much delay, the Chief Judicial Magistrate adjourned the next date for their case on 13 May.  Bhai Chaura and Bhai Pal Singh were presented in the court among heavy police security.
Sad Demise of Bhai Pal Singh’s Brother
Following updates were provided by Sikh Organisation for Prisoner Welfare (UK) -
Bhai Pal Singh’s brother [has been] killed in a road traffic accident and two further false charges [have been] registered against him.
Bhai Pal Singh’s brother had travelled to India from England to visit his brother who is currently in prison there and in recent weeks had been repeatedly taken into police custody where he had endured horrific levels of torture.
Bhai Tarsem Singh, brother of Bhai Pal Singh, had made the journey from his home town of Wolverhampton to visit Bhai Pal Singh but tragically he died in a fatal road traffic collision while travelling on a motorbike only a day before he was due to meet him.
Bhai Pal Singh was taken to Court yesterday where two further false police cases have been registered against him in connection with Bhai Narain Singh Chaura.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Bhai Pal Singh and his entire family, there appears to be no end to his suffering.
